Wish there is option to easily identify resume team member profile no experience tracking, no featuring no experience tracking, user might potentially track conventionally or outside the system. (e.g. visuality of skill development).

Wish there is future potential option to easily calculate no experience per job title and team member profile in system format. For purpose to visualize key role and/or key role action tasks.
