Wish there is an option to easily identify support requested and/or granted from employee self service by support type (e..g volunteering, technical, knowledge, experience, benefits, on boarding, life coaching, fixed assets, etc...). Featuring conventional support via email maybe helpful, but may not be easily tracked, or dashboard, or support history tracking.

Wish there is an option to easily print BOM's or easily process inquiries in catalogue mode format (e.g. assembly items descriptions, item picture, manufacturer, weight, assembly metrics, routes, production in quantities of, finished good name, variations, styles, boxes, made in country of, made origin in percentages, authors, BOM expiry and creation date, etc...).

Wish there is an option from employee self service website to easily process employee donations either in monetary or scheduled hours, on team donation registered funding non-profit foundations, along with goals and/or goal limits or expiration dates.

Wish there is an option to easily identify human resources team members-employees contract term expectations before eligible potential termination. To identify potential eligible human capital or human retention.

Wish there is an option to easily identify, visualize, inquiry, display on flash card the team member non-professional or non main career related skills (e.g. singing, dancing, cooking, sports, tik-tok video producers, singles, movie producers, pet walkers, elderly care). Featuring option to field track and/or video insert maybe optimum ideal.

Wish we could easily track non-professional skills tracking in field tracking and video or specific video formats. For purpose to easily visualize.
