  • Customer Statement US

Report 10072 - Customer Statement was removed after version 13 for some reason and the alternate statement reports do not have the same functionality. Please add report 10072 back to Business Central & Business Central SaaS. It is used by many US customers.
  • Default bin should only assign to a pick-able bin

When an new item is received it is assigned a default bin if no default bin exists. However it is assigning the receiving bin and sometime the From-Production bin as the default for the item which it really should not as it is really not where it is stored. I would recommend adding code to only assign the default bin if the bin is not the Receive or Ship bin or a dedicated bin. That way the default bin will be assigned to a pick able bin which is really where the parts should be stored by default.
  • Delete Production Company Restriction

Is there a setting on the companies screen anywhere to make it more difficult to delete a company? I am looking for a way to insure that someone does not accidentally delete their main production company when they are trying to delete a test company. Maybe something that marks the company as a production company and would require at least an additional dialog box to confirm deletion? It also might help in the dialog box if it specified the company name you are deleting. We have not had this happen but the potential is there for a big mistake to happen.
  • Default Pick Sorting

We just added a field on a customers location card for their default pick sorting which will sort picks based on this setting by default. The customer set the default to Bin and the picks are now sorted by bin when created so when they pick they pick in bin order.
  • Sandbox Upgrade Window

When creating a new sandbox from a production environment, copy the upgrade window settings or have an option on the create dialog to copy the upgrade window settings. Many times users forget to set the upgrade window on sandboxes.
  • Toggle Adjust Inventory from item Page

It would be beneficial to add a setting to the Inventory setup to disable to Adjust Inventory on the Item page and direct the user to the Item Journal or Warehouse Item Journal to make adjustments. Most larger companies do not want the inventory to be adjusted in this uncontrolled fashion and it is not easy to disable when they want the adjustments to be done via the journals. We understand some small quickbooks converts may be used to this type of function so we are asking for a setup to allow or prevent it.
  • Demand Forecast save filters

When the user is in the Demand Forecast page they set the Location filter and View by (month, week, etc.) fields are no remembered when returning to the page so the user has to enter them every time.
  • Demand Forecast Item filter

On the demand forecast main page it would be good to be able to filter and or search by item number. you can filter on the pop-out page view.
  • Demand Forecast View / Enter by Sales Unit of measure

Sales forecast typically in the sales unit of measure so it would be good to be able to view and / or edit the forecast in the sales unit of measure. It would also be good to be able to see the unit of measure for each line along with this function. For example enter the forecast in cases and then toggle to see or change the forecast in pieces.
  • Hotfix Knoledge base / release notes

We need to have a database of the hotfixes that have been applied and when they were applied. If we know a hotfix is applied we can see what it relates to and then know if we start having issues of some sort after ti was applied. It is also good to know something was fixed and we may be able to remove a fix we had to do from an extension,
