    The HR system should have the ability to develop a blacklist of either former employees, contractors not available due to restraint of trade and other candidates deemed not acceptable to be put on a blacklist so that if they apply for positions again there applications are handled appropriately.  Blacklist should be date sensitive

  • Replicate some of the AR customer invoice functionality into vendor invoices

    In Accounts Payable there is a requirement to manage open vendor invoices (both Accounts Payable Invoice Journals - non PO and Vendor Invoice - PO) at the individual level.  

    Presently, there is no one screen to see all outstanding invoices regarding of whether they are po or non-po invoices and put individual invoices on payment hold.  The requirement would be able to view all of the open invoices across company, by ageing and then place individual on invoice on hold, raise credit notes, record notes and undertake activities etc..  Once the invoice is placed on hold, nice to have would be to raise a case against the invoice.

    The patterns established in the AR collections functionality could be used to in AP. 

  • Workflow to approve the creation of vendor

    The creation of vendors can lead to expenditure being spread over more vendors thus increase managements costs and decreasing the concentration of expenditure, reducing bargaining power.  To overcome this, I am proposing a feature to add workflow to the creation of a vendor.

  • Project Manager to close multiple projects from grid

    As a project manager, I want the ability to change the project stage from open to close for multiple projects at the same time so that I can manage smaller projects effectively

    Other attributes potentially requiring multiple change functionality are:

     - Project start date

    - Project Manager

    - Sales Manager

    - Dimensions

  • Invoice partners in an Investment project

    As a Finance Manager, I want to be able invoice partners who part fund an investment project i.e. landlord part funds a fitout of a new office so that the true cost of the investment is recorded.

    This would allow an investment project to invoice a customer.  The customer would reduce the cost the investment thus allowing only this portion of the investment to be estimated or capitalised.

  • Aging by Project Manage

    For organisations which run projects as a central piece of their business (Professional Services), the ability to see AR Debt Ageing information by Project is critical. Ageing information is a key business KPI as it indicators customer satisfaction thus to prepare a Aging report by Project/Project Manager is important.  Further, disputes regarding invoices are typically managed at the project level rather than the customer i.e. one customer can have two project with the firm, first project is going well - invoices paid on time.  Second project is going badly, invoices not paid.
