As a Project Manager, I want the ability to track assets (equipment) against project task can be assigned.  This assignment will allow the asset (depreciation cost) to be costed to the project or invoiced to customer so that equipment costs are tracked against the project

As a Inventory Manager, I want vendor warranties managed so that when an inventory item provides to be faulty when it is shipped to a customer either as a finished product or a component of a finished product fails within the warranty period, a claim can be made against the vendor to rectify the issue. Vendors offer different warranty periods.

The accounting standard IAS 2 — Inventories stipulates inventory be held at actual cost using the valuation method weighted average/FIFO or net realisable value, whatever is the lowest.  This means an inventory item could be purchased at $10 and then its value could drop to $8 as it's been held in inventory too long, it's gone out of fashion or been superseded as an example.

This feature request is for the ability to change the cost price of inventory when an actual costing method (weighted average/FIFO) is used.  This transaction would result in a write down of inventory value in both the General Ledger and Inventory module without impacting the quantity on hand. 

The travel requisition functionality in Dynamics 365 is used to approve the travel before it occurs.  This is worthwhile functionality.  An additional feature of the travel requisition is it could be used to book travel once it is approved as well when travel bookings are handled centrally.  To facilitate this process the travel requisition form could be expanded to include fields such as flight required details out and return including departure date and time, origin, airline preference, accommodation preference and location of stay.
