When editing email body, font which can be selected on [Email] record on Web UI is different from UCI, and UCI doesn't have enough font including Japanese.
It would be convenient if fonts on UCI takes over the fonts exist on Web UI and can be set or selected.

Currently, creating and uploading Word template with macro (the extension is .docm) to Dynamics 365 (Online) causes an error.
Without macro, users need to calculate manually so it takes a lot of time.
It would be much more useful and better if Word template with macro can be uploaded for business automation.

Currently, an email is not sent to the user by clicking [Forgot your password?] when same mail address in other [Contacts] record is used on [Email] field in [Contacts]. When using same email address between [Contact] records which are used for Portal and [Contact] records which are not used for Portal, the user cannot reset Password by himself. It would be convenient if password reset email is sent to the user even whose email address is used to other [Contact] records.

Currently, Multi select option set cannot be selected when setting workflow. This is often used on business operation, so it would be great if Multi select option set can be used on Workflow.

Currently, features of [Calendar], [Notification] and [Security Role] are not implemented and it also cannot be added correctly from sitemap designer. Some information says these would be deprecated, but it would be great if these features can be used on UCI as well.

Currently, there's a difference below between Web UI and UCI when creating [Appointment] records. Web UI - [Status: Scheduled] [Status Reason: Busy] UCI - [Status: Open] [Status Reason: Free] It would be convenient if [Status] and [Status Reason] are same to Web UI when creating [Appointment] records from UCI.

It would be much better if certain characters are always displayed with free text on entity form. [Description] field doesn't display all of them except hovering the mouse over the label, so it cannot always be displayed on the form. If certain characters are always displayed on the form, users can operate it smoothly without confusion, so it would be convenient. It would be really great to have this feature.

On UCI, mail form can be enlarged when creating email. However, Web Interface cannot do that and also cannot add columns on form customization. This behavior is inconvenient when entering a long sentence. It would be convenient if email form can be customized on Web Interface or the form can be enlarged liek UCI.

Currently, stage color doesn't change depending on the stage status. It would be great if this color can change by stage status.

The default "Smilies rating" icon on Survey is too large, but the size cannot be changed. It would be much better if the icon itself can be changed pr icon size can be changed optionally.
