Clarity for displayed error message when failing to upload files
When uploading 0KB files on Activity feed, [An error occurred] displays. On Microsoft products, sometimes it's really hard to understand why error occurs. Users could more often handle the situation if the reason why error occurs is obvious from error message. It would be great if error message is obvious and easy to understand. -
Ability to optionally choose what to display on Web Activity feed
Customer would like to optionally choose what to display on Web Activity feed, like on Unified Interface. Not all of them are desirable for some users on Web Activity feed, such as OneNote and Assistant. It would be much better if user can simply use them by narrowing down what to display. -
"The e-mail below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked" is displayed
When users see e-mail that sent from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Outlook, "The e-mail below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked" is always displayed on Dynamics CRM Online. It is such a sever impact on the customer's business. It would be much better if the message is hidden. -
Ability to undo approved record on [Project Approval] record for Project Service
On [Project Approval] record for Project Service, currently, once approved record cannot be undone and deleted. Sometimes users approve a record unintentionally. It would be convenient if users can undo the approval or delete approved record. -
Addition of [&web=true] by default to the URL generated by [Email a Link]
When clicking [Email a Link] on "Record" and "View", mailer is launched. And clicking on the created URL on the mailer, Dynamics 365 (Online) is displayed without navigation bar. Navigation bar is displayed when adding [&web=true] to the URL It would be great if the created URL has [&web=true] by default.

Ability to identify the instance that mailbox is set as Primary Organization
In case the tenant has multiple instances, when processing Test & Enable Mailbox, sometimes the error notification will be sent to mailbox. Cannot synchronize outbound mail because mailbox XXXXXXXX is configured to other Microsoft Dynamics 365 organization. It is recommended to overwrite configuration and enable mailbox for primary organization. Also, please change how to synchronize the organizations other than primary organization. This message doesn't clearly say which instance is primary organization. The customer cannot know it. If it is obvious that which instance is primary organization to the mailbox in this error notification, user cannot get confused. -
Ability to automatically register IP address for Dynamics 365 (Online) to other Office Products (like SharePoint)
The customer collaborates Dynamics 365 (Online) and SharePoint Online. For a security measure, the customer's setting rejects IP addresses excepts on-premise. But the rejection includes Dynamics 365 (Online), so collaboration isn't work. This was resolved by registering IP address range for Dynamics 365 (Online) to the setting. However, this range might be changed moving forward, and the user needs to register IP address manually. Since they are same Microsoft Products, it would be convenient if IP address is registered at one try to Office Products which are collaborated with Dynamics 365 (Online). This function to register them would reduce manual registration also lead convenience for the user. -
Ability not to automatically assign a security role when installing the Solution
On the environment that Customer Service Solution has been installed, Customer Service App Access security role is automatically assigned to user when user gets Dynamics 365 (Online) Subscription. It would be great if the security role is not automatically assigned by installed solution.

Ability to invite a meeting of Skype for Business from Dynamics 365 (Online)
The demand for teleconference has been increased due to the work style change moving forward. User would like to operate Dynamics 365 (Online) with minimum steps. It would be much better if a record on Dynamics 365 (Online) has ability to directly invite meetings of Skype for Business.

Ability to start Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics 365 after changing credentials
On Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics 365, change credential and sign in with different user in same tenant. Then Unified Service DESK does not start. This behavior is inconvenient. It would be much better if Unified Service DESK starts with no problem after changing user.
