Even though the displayed message is the same, actual error often differs on each situation.
For troubleshooting, it would be useful if more specific error message is displayed.

On form editor, it would be more convenient if space can be adjusted freely because space between fields, sections and tabs cannot be changed at present.

Currently, hyperlink like [http://] can be deployed in fields, however, it would be great if hyperlink to in-house server also can be deployed.

Currently, [Document] view cannot be configured on main form on UCI, so users need to open [Related] - [Document].
It would be convenient if [Document] view can be configured as this makes referring related document easy.

For example, new features which will be added on April 2019 Update are released step by step between April and September.
Currently, users must check release note for new feature release.
Administrators prefer to be notified passively of new feature release, not actively.
Thus, it would be much better if Dynamics 365 (Online) has functions to notify users of new feature release on it.

The customer uses "parentheses" on first character for topic, so all icons display "parentheses".
In this situation, icon doesn't really mean anything.
Also, automatically displayed icon unnecessarily occupies space, so functions to erase this should be implemented.
Additionally, it would be great if icon color can be changed by users.

[Dynamics 365 - custom] app cannot be set as channel provider app, so users cannot use LiveAssist function on UCI when displaying it.
In case [Dynamics 365 - Custom] is used as UCI, another app needs to be used in order to use LiveAssist.
It would be more convenient if [Dynamics 365 - Custom] can be set as app on channel provider.
Users desire this feature to register [Dynamics 365 - Custom] as channel provider app.

At present, on Dynamics 365 (Online), there are users who have Dynamics 365 (Online) license and who doesn't such as Flow license users and Global Admins.
When managing users in this situation, it takes a lot of time to manually judge who has Dynamics 365 (Online) license or not.
It would be much better if default function judges user who has Dynamics 365 (Online) license or not.

[Dynamics 365 - custom] app cannot be set as channel provider app, so users cannot use LiveAssist function on UCI when displaying it.
In case [Dynamics 365 - Custom] is used as UCI, another app needs to be used in order to use LiveAssist.
Because [Dynamics 365 - Custom] is valid app by default when configuring Dynamics 365 (Online) instance, to enable Unified Interface feature to use the same feature on Web Interface, [Dynamics 365 - Custom] should be set on channel provider.
If the function mentioned above is not possible, "Use the new Unified Interface only (recommended)" on [System Settings] should be "No" by default as all legacy Web Interface features cannot always be used on Unified Interface.
To avoid inconvenience in operation, it would be highly convenient for users if functions above are added or default setting values can be changed.

2 factor authentication doesn't work only if an account is newly created on portal site by using invitation function with contacts configured as 2 factor authentication.
2 factor authentication works fine after newly creating an account and signing out and signing in.
