Ability to work "Email Cards from Exchange" on RA when writing a mail with Japanese
On Relationship Assistant, currently, "Email Cards from Exchange" doesn't work when email is written in Japanese. Even if it's English, "Email Cards from Exchange" works on only [Issue detected], [File requested], and [New lead/upsell oppotunity]. It would be much better if all functions in "Email Cards from Exchange" work regardless of the language.

Ability to launch browser from Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
On Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, the user basically uses it on Dynamics 365 pane on right screen. However, the user sometimes needs to enter information in detail, then it is difficult for users to enter information in the small pane. It would be great if the browser screen is launched by Dynamics 365 pane for easy input. -
Ability to sync deletion for created appointment from Dynamics 365 to Outlook client on PC
Outlook client and Dynamics 365 (Online) are synchronized by installing add-on so far, and the appointment are also synchronized when it's deleted as well. When deleting the appointment created on Outlook client from Dynamics 365, however, the appointment is not deleted and remains. It would be user-friendly if the appointment created on Outlook client is deleted when it is deleted from Dynamics 365. -
Ability to disable reCAPTCHA when registering event on event Portal
reCAPTCHA authentication needs to be done when registering event. It would be better if this reCAPTCHA can be disabled. If it's difficult to disable reCAPTCHA, change letter authentication to image authentication. From mobile device, it's hard to operate letter authentication. Please implement this funtion.

Ability to use Portal content editor on event Portal
On event Portal, Portal content editor cannot be used. On customizing Portal display, Portal content editor is significantly useful. It would be convenient if Portal content editor can be used on event Portal as well as other Portal.

Ability to create or display a chart without depending a view
The customer would like to create a chart unrelated to a view. The current chart is related to view filtering. Often necessary condition info is not confirmed on a chart by switching views. To display same chart after switching views, it would be great if a chart can be created or displayed without depending a view. -
Ability to display other user's [Calendar]
Currently, user own [Appointment] is only displayed on [Calendar] on Dynamics 365 (Online) It would be great if other user's [Calendar] can be displayed just like Outlook Calendar. -
Ability to display color icons on form
According to the URL below, field values on view can change what to display on icon. Without using JavaScript, it would be great if field values on form can also change what to display by default. Ability to change [Session Timeout] value more than 1440 minutes
Currently, [Session Timeout] value can be set up to 1440 minutes from It would be great if [Session Timeout] value can be set more than 1440 minutes. The session timeout more than 1440 minutes could lead to further convenience. -
Ability to display [Related "Regarding" Records] on UCI
On associated view in Web Interface, [Related "Regarding" Records] can be selected. This function is not installed on UCI, so it would be great if it's installed on UCI as well.
