About the folder hierarchy function of videos, images, and 3D models
Suggested by Soichi Saiki (CV) – New – 0 Comments
Currently, Dynamics 365 Guides does not allow you to create folder hierarchies in videos, images, and 3D models.
Users will find it more convenient to have a folder hierarchy feature in these components.

I want the Dynamics 365 Guides PC app to be able to display and manage guides by department
Suggested by Sakura Kabata – New – 0 Comments
With the Dynamics 365 Guides PC app, you can only manage guides by environment.
Adding a function that allows you to display and manage guides not only by environment but also by department would lead to improved convenience for users.

About the non-deleteable function of existing 3D tools
Suggested by Soichi Saiki (CV) – New – 0 Comments
Currently, the default 3D tools can also be removed.
It would be even more convenient to have the ability to disable default 3D tools to prevent customers from accidentally deleting them.

Allow ES6 Modules to be embedded in model-driven apps
Suggested by Mario T. Lanza – New – 0 Comments
Now that IE is retired and many modern browsers are ES6 compliant it would be nice to support them directly in model-driven apps. I imagine that an HTML Web Resource would allow one to specify script type="module" in Edge and other browsers. But Dynamics does not yet support ES6 modules as directly embedded in Forms as scripts.

Guide data portability / import/export
Suggested by David Gaw – New – 2 Comments
We have on several occasions been asked by customers to develop Guides content in our environment for eventual use in theirs. While the public preview version of the Content Migration Tool is better than nothing, we have encountered obstacles to using it in the real world. It requires simultaneous access to both the source and destination environment by the same person, and customer IT organizations are often unwilling or unable to provide a temporary Guides license for this purpose. It requires admin access to a local PC (which many customers restrict) and requires running a script that is unsupported by virtue of being in public preview against a destination production environment, which has generated anxiety also. A preferable solution would be to have some sort of standardized export/import format and allow for Guides content to be exported from one instance (if the exporters has appropriate rights), then imported to another. Even the ability to export a guide's structure and text content (without media or objects) would be a significant benefit. -
Automatic Table Linking via “Track Changes”

Automatic Table Linking via “Track Changes”
Microsoft relies solely on the Track Changes checkbox to decide which tables to link. Once enabled, you cannot undo it—posing serious data protection concerns since not all tables should be linked.
Please help me with this idea. Thank you, Microsoft!

Environment update notifications
Suggested by Kenny Tang (WICLOUD CORPORATION) – New – 1 Comments
Dynamics 365 environments are typically updated every weekend. However, to ensure optimal performance and address critical issues, there are times when updates are rolled out mid-week. These updates are executed automatically, without prior notifications to users.
While this approach ensures that the system remains up to date, it can sometimes lead to confusion. Users might notice changes in application behavior, deprecated features, or even new functionalities without any prior warning.
To enhance user experience and minimize disruptions, it would be incredibly beneficial to provide notifications about the timing of these updates and the changes they bring. This proactive communication can help users prepare for the changes, adjust their systems accordingly, and effectively communicate with their teams. Additionally, it aids in troubleshooting any issues that may arise due to the updates, ensuring a smoother transition and continued productivity.
