    Option to Sort By Date in Item History window

    User would like to have the option to sort by the date in the scrolling area of Inventory > History (Item History) window. Currently, in the scrolling area, the date is sorted from oldest to newest. The user would like if they could sort by date, so that the most recent date shows at the top of the list, and oldest date shows at the bottom.

    Mark All button for Match Shipments to Invoice window.

    Create a "Mark All" button to select all receipts when enter/matching. Currently, there is no "Mark All" button, and our customers have to manually select multiple receipts one by one.


    Purchasing > Enter/Match Invoices > blue arrow to the right of Matched to Shipments.

    Do not remove smartlist favorites for a company when company access is removed

    SmartList Favorites get removed when a user ID is removed from access to the company.

    I would like to have the favorites remain and not be dependent on if the user has access to that company.

    Permission feature in Table Permissions / Relations

    Hi Team,


    When we test , we created a Power Pages Portal for Customers to grant access to different applications and manage them for their company. As an internal employee he/she can grant access to different applications. As a customer he/she should be only allowed to grant access to an application where he has access to as an External Customer Responsible.


    As currently this is by design, It would be great if this feature works like OOB without any issues.

    Workflow escalation and reminder email need to use Modern Auth

    Our client is using GP18.5. On workflows, the reminder and escalation emails are not sent to the approvers. This is disappointing to the client as they expect this feature to work. After extensive research and testing, we have found that when you do something with workflow and emailing in the front-end of GP, it uses Modern Authentication; however, the reminder and escalation notifications come from the SQL Agent jobs that use SMTP.



    The SMTP isn't working anymore, most likely because it is being deprecated by the Exchange Online team, as mentioned in the blog posts that I have read and been provided by support.


    What is concerning is that I would have thought that since Basic authentication is being deprecated, reminder and escalation emails should be using Modern Auth as the front end is when the first email is sent out advising the approvers they have a batch to approve in the workflow.

    Tax Transaction Reports need ability to add Date options

    Need ability to add Beginning of Period or Previous Period date options like we can with other reports in GP on the Tax Transactions Reports.. This report only allows the user to enter a date.

    New column in Navigation list

    In the Navigation list called Purchase Orders Pending Approval under Purchase Orders Transactions, there is a column called Required date showing when the workflows needs to be approved. It would be nice to have a column that shows the time/date the workflow was submitted for approval.

    Sales Document Print Options screen

    In the latest release of GP(18.7.1765) when you go to the Sales Document Print Options screen it now defaults to Invoice. It used to not default to anything. Our users always print picket tickets so no they have to unclick Invoice and click picking ticket. My suggestion is provide somewhere where the user can select which document type should be the default.

    Add ability to inactivate Payroll Supervisor

    It would be helpful o be able to inactivate a Supervisor Code (HR & Payroll - Setup - Supervisor) and have the ability to restrict a Supervisor lookup based on Active/Inactive Supervisor Codes.
