    Role utilization

    to do a user access cleanup, there is no report found to show the actual utilization of Roles by the user.


    In other words, the License required is derived from the context \ Resource used under the Role. In some cases, the Role is assigned to user, but the user does not actually utilize these resources. The report mentioned below, “User License Estimator” is based on the Roles as a whole and not the actual usage/utilization.


    Hope there would be a report where we can get to know the actual Roles, and Role Permissions are utilized so we can do the cleanup and that would assist as well in knowing the actual Licenses required. it is important to ensure that the actual required licenses are the ones assigned.

    Se all related work orders

    When you're in an work order (parent) it would be great to have a view that shows all related to parent.

    When you're on the related (child) work order it should have a referance (with url link) to parent work order.

    Linking Outlook Out Of Office with a Trigger to populate delegation in Dynamics 365 SCM

    Nearly all users fill in an out of office on Outlook when they go on vacation.


    Can a trigger be implemented that we can switch on so that users have to populate delegation in Dynamics 365 SCM when they do?


    Users nearly always forget the Dynamics side of things and System Admins spend many hours adding delegation to users that have already gone on vacation, or transferring approvals for Timesheets, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions etc after they have left.


    This would be really useful - I can't see one in Power Automate

    Add a Cancel function to Transfer orders

    There should be a Cancel function for Transfer orders, similar to Sales orders, where the order does not get deleted, but rather, it's Status changes to "Canceled".

    Currently it is possible, and reasonably common, for a Transfer order to be deleted, and no trace is left of it in the system. Since the stock was being transferred for a reason, this can leave the receiving branch short of stock, and customer satisfaction is badly impacted when their orders are not met.

    It would be far better that a Cancel function existed so that the data was still visible in system, and users could see who canceled it, what was intended to be transferred, and be able to at least create a new order to replace the canceled one, should it still be required.

    Note: I am not talking about the existing cancel function for transfer order shipments; this proposal is for a whole-of-order function, that could be used instead of Delete, with the latter being restricted by security roles to system administrators, say.

    Automatic Work Execution in Batch Reservation for Multi-Line Sales Orders with Manual Batch Reservations

    The system doesn't automatically execute work if a sales order has multiple lines and at least one line has a manual batch reservation. This causes delays and errors in order processing. The system should handle batch reservations and execute work automatically, even with manual batch reservations. And Batch Reservation and automatic work execution should function properly, even if the sales order line/load has multiple lines and at least one sales order line has a manual batch reservation.

    Automatic Reservation Enhancement for Negative Quantity Sales and Subsequent Stock Adjustments

    We request a functionality enhancement to ensure that when a product is out of stock and a sale is made with a negative quantity, the on-hand balance reflects this quantity as 'On order.' Subsequently, when stock is added to the warehouse via a transfer order or inventory adjustment, the system should automatically reserve the newly added stock, in accordance with the automatic reservation settings.

    Being able to sort your favorites

    At the moment the favorites are sorted on alphabetical order.

    It would be very nice when users can changes this manually by dropping and dragging their favorites (like in an internet browser).

    We are looking to have a parameter for switching on/off the warning message of "Filters on aggregated quantity field %1 may not work as expected. For information about how this behavior can affect your results." as we don't feel comfortable with this warning message pupping up each and every time we apply a filter in the On-Hand List page/ (InventOnhandItem form.) in the application of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply chain management.

    Non-conformance vendor type doesn't show the related Non-conformance

    Type Vendor: When creating a PO and link a quality order to it. When creating a Non-conformance from the quality order. It doesn't show the non-conformance through Inquiries > Non conformances on the quality order form.


    Type Internal: It works well, and it shows the non-conformance linked to it.


    When checking the Inventory management > Inquiries and report > Quality management > Non conformances, the non-conformance related will be there.


    Expectations: to have all Non-conformance vendor type related to the quality order shows on the form list when going to Inquiries > Non conformances on the quality order form.
