When we try to search something on the Power Automate Desktop console, the search result(under “Find in flow”) will disappear after we edit one of the step and save. Please refer to the screenshot below. Please help to take this back to product team as voice of customer and let us know if it’s possible to be realized in future releases. 

Currently when users launch for the 1st time then they are taken to the sub-area they have selected as their default in the personalization settings. However, after 1st launch when they move between the areas then they are always taken back to the 1st item in the navigation, which they might not be interested in.

So, can system do the following:

1. When switching between areas, system checks if the Pane is the one selected in their personalization setting and if yes, then take the user to the configured Default Tab.
2. If the Pane is a different than what's configured in the Personalization setting then take the user to the 1st item in the navigation for the area.

There is an available option to disable self-serve environment creation. That means a service admin has to create environment and assign to client. However, currently, once a dedicated Power Platform Environment is assigned, that client can then enable dataverse even if they don't plan to use. We have seen MANY MANY instances of people checking the dataverse checkbox and then doing exactly nothing with that service.

Please add a admin-only option to the dataverse enablement for the environment owner/admin ensuring that only a service admin can enable dataverse on each environment.

Within Dynamics 365 the bulk delete tool is very useful but does not allow the setting of a criteria as a lookup to another table does not contain data, it does allow selecting a view of this type but does not respect the criteria without warning.

We have a number of regular deletions we would like to conduct that would include these criteria so are having to use third party tools which are much slower to complete them and with less automation.

BPF Stage counting duration of stage after aborted a BPF record on Case. It count days from created on date to current date.

It should be stopped counting duration of last active stage after abort the BPF on case.

In App Stock Analysis Report, I can filter the data with 'Last Open' column.

When I choose 'Less than 30 Days' I can see some records with blank value in 'Last Open' column.

A Microsoft support engineer has confirmed following facts:

1. Data start to gather when 'Tenant leve report' is activated at Admin center.
2. Those apps which have not been open since when 'Tenant leve report' is activated, show blank 'Last Open' value.
3. The logic from the backend for some reason is designed to show records with blank 'Last Open' value in 'Less than 30 Days' filter.

The support engineer said it is out of their control to fix the product.

So, I am leaving my suggestion here for product team to look into it and hopefully fix it.

Currently there's no ability to select or pass the Bypass Rules parameter to the Azure DevOps actions in Power Automate. Able to use workaround by passing in as a parameter in the HTTP dev ops action, but it would be nice to use the preformatted actions and select a bypass rules checkbox or something similar.

Solutions in MSFT - Need to create duplicate copies of Solution in same environment similar to cloning of the Power Automate Flows. To reuse the Solution as a Template for all the processes that are to be developed. As per what was tried cloning of solution just renames the exisiting solution.

Request you to please add this idea or feature request to create Duplicate Copy of Solutions.

Issue - Customer would like to customize Recent records navigation which comes OOB for all model driven apps. At the moment their is no way to customize it.

Ask - Make this navigation configurable, help reflect desired records.

User want to jump to the previous steps in Portals (for example if they are in step 4, they should jump to step 1or2 on single click). With OOB we tried but no options to get this functionality.

However, user tried with WebApi and still it is not working for Advanced form session entity because it is configuration entity.

Tried with Client side scripting, but it also not working
