    Power Apps Portal language code independent from filtering knowledge base articles (KA)

    In muliti-language environment with 2 or more supported portal languages the language code is deciding which KA will be shown. If de-DE is changed to de what is recommended, no German article will be found. The same effect is English, changing the code from en-US to en It seems a hardcoded relation between language code and KA language existing. Please improve this behavior by add a new field with KA language in Portal Language definition or define a own search view for each language so it would be more flexible to set up the query. In German: all German and English articles are shown In English: only English articles are shown

    Make it easier to get support

    Allow for "New Record" option on Lookups to be Configurable

    There are instances in which we want a lookup on a screen/form to be selectable only. Currently, there is always a "New Record" option. We'd like that to be configurable by screen so you're only able to select from existing options. This will help preserve data integrity.

    Add retrieve audit settings to the table definition Web API

    The "IsRetrieveAuditEnabled" and "IsRetrieveMultipleAuditEnabled" settings are missing from the entity metadata returned by the Web API. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/web-api/entitymetadata?view=dynamics-ce-odata-9 Adding support for these, even as read only attributes would be helpful. We need to be able to run configuration monitoring against our environments to ensure that audit/compliance settings are consistent and correct across environments. The lack of support the above two audit settings limits our ability to effectively maintain compliance.

    Barcode Scanner Zoom Property

    In PowerApps, a zoom property should be available for Barcode Scanner tool. Instead of zoom (which is available in most of IOS and Android barcode scanner apps), I had to use the stepladder to scan the QR code.

    Downvotes help capture 360 feedback

    Love the new Ideas tool. Many sites have the upvote feature to help gauge how many people are also interested in the idea. Per instance being able to offer downvotes would also help collect complete feedback and people's overall perspective. Knowing that 1000 people like something might only mean than 5000 people ignored it. Having both positive and negative sentiment is a better way to gather feedback.

    Add ability to use AND/OR logic on related entities in Advanced Find queries

    Currently it is not possible to set up queries through advanced find that use the AND/OR operators - you simply cannot select them as part of a group. For example, the following query would not be possible through Advanced Find: select all records from the 'bookings' entity where the 'orders' related record does not contain data OR where the 'invoices' related record does not contain data. This severely limits how useful this tool is and means we have data spread across several views that should really be contained in one. For bonus marks, it would be great if we could use IF statements in Advanced Find. for example: find all records in the 'orders' entity where 'status' is 'uninvoiced' and IF 'booking type' == 'event' filter records where 'booking' related record status is 'active'.

    Rich Text Format/Style in Notes

    Existing Issue:- - After enabling the Rich Text option for Notes, users are able to perform the modificaiton - The description field looks perfect on screen - Whereas while exporting to Excel, the description field is coming with HTML tags To-B:- - Users are prefered to have the Rich Text to perform the beautification. - System should not show the HTML tagging while exporting.
