It would be great if we had a tool that analyzes what users are utilizing within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and determines the appropriate license combinations.

Instead of creating a QuickView Form for the middle entity with a subgrid of related documents in that form, we can create a view in the sharepoint document entity as a public view with a filter of "Path contains 'middle entity folder name in sharepoint' (for ex. abc_middleEntity)"

We always spend a lot of time on training the users and the support desk on the new functionalities built in the system. The CRM always captures the events when we click on a table or its related attributes. This can be tracked over a period of time which defines the regular journey of any user when they typically log in. Can this be stored and shared as a Visio flowchart for the popular journey of the end user. This will save a lot of time on explaining to the user what they need to click next instead they have it as flow diagram on the steps to click on. So may be its a lead to invoice journey or customer service or field service. The user journey will be a guide for the user to go thru and need not rely on any training or guides or knowledge base to understand or revisit.

i suggest we can make a report have parameters a speific user and the report shows all the workflows that are pending this user

for example i have 4 pr's pending my user and 3 PO's and 2 Sales order and 5 sales agreement

this report display all workflows pending my user a line for each workflow display the number of the transaction

and it would be an upgrade to show the history of the workflows , i already approved and rejected from a toggle in parameters

Microsoft Compliance portal allows to export audit reports for only user sign-in's in All Dynamic activities.

Customers would like to have Sign-out information as well to be sent to compliance portal so that they can export audit reports for sign-out of dynamic application.
