Customer have created a multiselect optionset with a global optionset.

For some options we added a description which we expected to appear when hovering over the option. Strangely it does not.

Customer expects to see the option value with its description like we have on field/attribute level

Currently this seems to be by-design.

But as a feature request, we want Microsoft to implement this on option level for Optionset attribute in any entity/table.

Microsoft Compliance portal allows to export audit reports for only user sign-in's in All Dynamic activities.

Customers would like to have Sign-out information as well to be sent to compliance portal so that they can export audit reports for sign-out of dynamic application.

We have customer who is complaining about inline images in email description should not be counted as an attachment and should not be shown in attachment grid.

Microsoft Dynamics team mentioned it is expected and asked us to raise in Ideas portal.

we have a customer who has raised a request for the email option: Set To, cc, bcc, fields as unresolved values if multiple matches are found in Incoming Emails is specifically used for the incoming emails.

This applies for Incoming emails only, but it should also work for Outgoing emails as well because if we have multiple email address for two contacts then it maps to the first contact where in it should automatically show value as unresolved email.

Also, they are looking to have the option: "Set To, cc, bcc, fields as unresolved values if multiple matches are found in Incoming Emails is specifically used for the incoming emails" to be available for from field as well so that when they have multiple matches then it should show as unresolved.
