POS does not generate any tax lines If you sell a Gift Card along with items
Suggested by Nandakumar Sathiyaseelan – Needs Votes – 1 Comments
When we are selling gift cards, POS does not generate any tax lines for them. Receipt print is based on tax lines, no tax lines => no receipt fields. Gift card is considered as ‘non-taxable’, but not ‘zero-taxable’. if we sell one gift card the tax line prompt and looks good. If we sell an item with tax value greater than zero and sell a Gift Card, Tax line is missed in the bottom. -
Add related entity columns in Relevance Search Results and Filter
Suggested by Nayana Sailachandran – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
Quick Find view of an entity determines the columns which would be displayed in relevance search results. However, we are not able to see related entity columns in the search results. We are able to add the columns in Quick Find view for the entity but the final search results do not display these related entity columns. We need to identify a way to add related entities columns/fields as well in the Relevance Search results. We need these fields be available in the facets and filters either for the entity as well. -
Customizing the order of relevance search results
Suggested by Nayana Sailachandran – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
We need to identify a mechanism by which we can customize the order of relevance search results. Right now, when we search a string, we are unable to customize the sequence of entities being displayed in the search results. This will greatly help in customizing the sequence as per customer requirement. -
Exporting Relevance Search results
Suggested by Nayana Sailachandran – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
Right now, there is no mechanism by which we can export relevance search results. We would like to have an option by which users can export the search results since that will help usage of relevance search functionality greatly. -
Active Saved Views
Suggested by Mark Scott – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
I often create custom Saved Views for others in the organization. I document what the request/view was created for in the Description of the view. It would be very helpful to see the Description column included in the Active Saved Views view for housekeeping purposes. As it is, it's not uncommon to see a custom view that was created years ago and no idea why it was created and if it is still relevant. Please add the Description column to the Active Saved Views view which is under system management. -

Shared visibility to the tracking and set regarding
Suggested by Sally Kim – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
Currently, our configurations are set so that all email messages FROM D365 contacts, accounts, and leads are auto-tracked. Our AutoTrackSentFolderItems are also turned on so all email messages TO D365 contacts, accounts, and leads are also auto-tracked. This is important to us because sellers work as teams. So 2 sellers (both CRM Users) will engage with 1 or more Contacts. It's important that *both* Sellers have an indicator in Outlook and in D365 that the mail is tracked and what it is regarding without having to navigate to timelines to try to find IF it is tracked and what it is regarding. For example, when seller A sends an email to a contact AND to seller B, the email in seller A's sent folder will be tracked. However, when seller B (or seller A, if they CC to themselves) receives this same email from seller A, seller B on the thread have no idea whether this email was tracked or not because emails from USERS are not auto-tracked. While the engagement will land on the timelines, the fact that there is no way of knowing whether something is tracked or its set regarding without investigating in one of many timelines or asking the original User if, is very unfriendly. I am suggesting an idea to promote shared visibility across the same email on the thread, whether it be sent or received. Seller A who sends the mail should have the indicator in their sent box (and inbox if they cc'd themselves) and Seller B who receives the mail should have the indicator in their inbox. -
To get a main form when selecting task from timeline.
Suggested by Shivani Awasthi – Needs Votes – 1 Comments
- Created a model driven app and added the custom entity. Deselected the quick create form - When opens the custom entity to open any record and clicks on timeline to add the task, the quick create form pops up. We want to get the main form when clicks on task.
