Fixed Term leave pro-ration
When hiring employees who are working on a fixed term contract (the employment end date is populated upon creation), it would be nice for Leave accruals to pro rate the leave amount based on end date as well as start date if possible.

Additional fields required for CDS - Seniority Date and Adjusted Start Date
Seniority Date and Adjusted Start Date are not currently available as part of the integrations list for fields. Seniority date is used in the UK for payroll purposes and is required by Payroll through any integration from Talent. Please could this field be added to the CDS integration list.
