Seniority Date and Adjusted Start Date are not currently available as part of the integrations list for fields. Seniority date is used in the UK for payroll purposes and is required by Payroll through any integration from Talent. Please could this field be added to the CDS integration list.

This is only declined because the Adjusted worker start date is already available in the "Employment" entity in CDS. This can be used with the Power platform. The Seniority date, along with other fields has been added to the worker entity and will be available when the new HCM Common solution is released in January.
