NDR's Do not come in the queue mailbox for the Dynamics 365


When we configure D-365 queue mailbox using Server side sync , and send an email to a recipients and if a NDR comes from that recipients , we do not receive that NDR in our queue mailbox.

The NDRs comes in to the according exchange mailbox, but they are not processed by the server-side ...

Deleted and restored contacts in OWA losses synchronization


Issue : Post synchronization of the contacts from D365 to Exchange online using SSS , once the contact is deleted and restored in OWA , the changes made to the same contact in D365 will not be reflected in OWA.

Email response on the merged case is associated with the inactive case

Unable to add social pane on the user entity form


Once we remove the social pane from the user entity form, we are unable to add it back as the notes button on the form is Grayed out.
