When we configure D-365 queue mailbox using Server side sync , and send an email to a recipients and if a NDR comes from that recipients , we do not receive that NDR in our queue mailbox.


The NDRs comes in to the according exchange mailbox, but they are not processed by the server-side sync.


Not to receive NDRs (which is a standard functionality in every mail processing system) is a high risk...


This is a huge problem for us and can cause, that we lose money and can’t meet SLAs with our customers.


The same is for our customers, who are using this functionality of CRM.


We need this feature in the future release of CRM.
