Disable the OOB entities while data injestion through CDS live


While adding the data source through CDS live some of entities are selected by default. The data source is failing because the default entities are empty. We are running some mitigation backend. We need an option disable the default entities for reducing the data source failure.

Delete the customer voice response through Common data service


When deleting customer voice responses using Common Data Services the responses still exists in the Customer Voice Portal. Post deletion of responses from common data service it should synchronize with customer voice interface.

When tracking an email using the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook the start / due date is not set in CRM. There is then no way to search emails by date.


Email sent from outlook to CRM. When email is opened in CRM the start date / due date is missing the data. It should display data.
