Managed Identity authentication is supported in Customer Insight for generating the access token

- We want to know if the managed Identity is supported in customer insight API

- One of the suggestion for Shoebox option. It doesn’t require any code . Needs a storage account or Event Hub to receive the events

- Need to know if managed identities authentication is used to get access token to query Customer Insights API

Hi Shivani,

As mentioned before, we are looking into connecting to the Azure resources using the Managed Identity model. If there are requirements to connect to any specific sources, please reach out to us and we can discuss. We are currently looking to connect to the storage accounts using Managed Identity.

thanks for this idea. We are exploring currently Managed Identity based Azure resources association with Customer Insights, storage accounts to start with. Let us check with our product engineering team further and will come back with an update.
