It is off course possible to add bookmarks to the role center and save filters/views, but the possiblity to personalize tiles is often missed.

HIWe miss this option a lot. It now results in a lot of development because on R19 RTC the user could add it's filtered list on the main screen, this is not possible anymore. the filters only show on the listpage where you create the filter.

This is definitely usefull for customers and users. Why sticking at the fixed tiles, while most users have different needs for information and triggers by the tiles. In most other comparising systems, dashboards can be personalized with tiles, graphs, shortlists and overviews so users have directly the information for their daily activities insightful. Please make the role center more usable!

This is clearly a MUST-Have. No Role Center is perfect and almost every customer needs a mix of tiles from different role-centers. Also each tile should have the possibilty to adjust the filter options behind the tiles.Since this is not included in the default version of BC we use the already mentioned "DYCE Cockpit" for our customers which is very useful for the basic role centers!

It seems crazy to me that this isn't even on the roadmap for inclusion. The tiles in the role centre have very little value for us without being able to adjust the filtered view or adding our own tile. Likewise, not being able to add additional action links (beyond bookmarking).
