Currently there is a limitation to the new cross company leave feature, that the legal entity field automatically defaults to the legal entity a Manager is within in employee self-service for the manager absence calendar and time off requests. To enhance this it would be beneficial if this field could automate to be blank, so that all pending time off requests from employees across different legal entities would show, along with the manager absence calendar automatically showing a full view of employees across all legal entities immediately. Then Managers could then have the option to select a specific legal entity rather than the other way round.

Also, on the My team > Summary the tile that shows the amount of pending leave requests only shows for that specific legal entity, it would be beneficial to see a total number of pending leave requests for all legal entities within this tile. It would be good if this tile could be improved to assist Manager's to see a complete total of outstanding time off requests pending their approval.
