Would like to see the ability for MPOS to allow for multiple items from different receipts be able to be returned on the same transaction. Example: a customer brings back two items (item A and item B). Item A was bought on receipt 123 and item B was bought on receipt 789. The cashier should be able to pick item A from receipt 123, add that to the return transaction and then pick item B from receipt 789 and add that to the same transaction. The customer would then be able to have one return transaction for the total amount.
Right now, these have to be two separate transactions and takes extra time at the MPOS. This serves as a frustration point for our staff and our customers.
