Emails are not logging into CRM due to message cache ID error.

Raised a Microsoft support ticket. FYI, Support request ID 120030322002372.

Final Conclusion provided by the Microsoft support team is "this is intermittent behavior and doesn’t happen to all the tracked mail. As temporary data in cache which contain Email ID, CRM ID.., this will increase the volume of cache during time using mailbox, depending on the processing of system traffic of our server as well as the volume of emails and cache, this issue might happen again." Because of that cache email not tracked to CRM as a result it didn't a case.

As per the confirmation from Hilda Nguyen (Tek Experts) , Dev team is working on this issue. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
