Idea Description:
When users access the Booking View in the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile application and open the “Show As” menu, some option labels appear partially hidden, trimmed, or visually misaligned on mobile devices.
This issue is currently understood to be a known behavior/by design and does not impact functionality, as users are still able to select the available options successfully. However, the visual presentation affects usability and overall user experience within the mobile application.
From a customer perspective, the menu appears visually broken or improperly rendered, which may create confusion for field users when navigating booking views. Although this is considered a cosmetic issue and not a blocker, customers would appreciate improvements to ensure labels are fully visible and properly aligned across supported mobile screen sizes.
Requested enhancement:
- Improve responsive rendering of the “Show As” dropdown menu in mobile booking view.
- Ensure menu labels are fully visible without trimming or clipping.
- Improve UI alignment and readability for better mobile user experience.
