Put price on itembutton in POS

When we add specific items to buttons in the POS, it would be very helpful to also display the price of the item directly on the button. Today the customers would have to write the price on the button, and change it every time the prices change. Very ineffective. These kind of itembuttons is u...

Thank you for your feedback, but we need some clarifications.

After the Cash & Carry or Customer orders are created in POS, you can run the P-Job and then navigate to the "Retail store transactions" form. From there you can select a transaction and then view the discount amount and the discount name applied to various lines of the transaction/customer order. Since this data is in HQ, so I believe you should be able to use it for reporting purposes. Infact, there is a sample report named "Top discounts report" which depends on this information. Can you please take a look and let us know if you find any gaps.

Sincerely,

PM,

Microsoft.

Item aggregation in POS breaks when having multiple dicounts

If you set up 5 mix and match discounts, and where there is a quantity discount of a product where: 5 pcs = 199, 10 pcs = 398, 20 pcs = 740, 30 pcs = 1050, 40 pcs = 1320, 50 pcs = 1450. The product is being scanned one-by-one in the POS. This results in the fact that the POS lines are not bein...

With the below enhancement, we added a configuration which would allow the retailer to distribute the discounts proportionally on all the lines participating in the discount. The drawback here is that for B1G1 type scenarios, you will not see any free product on the transaction but both items will show the reduced price. Does this work for your needs?
