Currently the product search functionality on POS does not let you immediately search based on attributes. It only looks at the following fields:
Product number
Product name
Description
Dimensions
Barcode
Search name
Only after a search has been completed using one of these criteria can the user then refine based on possible attribute values.
It would save time if search values entered in the product search screen would also be able to check values of attributes assigned to the products.
This could possible be handled either via an additional check box on attribute records or look at all attributes that have been marked as filterable on POS
