A built-in system view of all form submissions as well as built in notifications of users about form submissions
I would like to suggest creating a built-in system view of all form submissions as well as built in notifications of users about form submissions. This could go into the 'marketing form' section of Marketing Hub as a view. Also what would be helpful is the ability to select a box when creating th...
Marketing - Marketing Form Submitted Values to Excel
When navigating to a Marketing Form, you can see the Submissions, which includes a Created On, Status Reason, and also Submitted Values. When you Export Submissions to Excel, the Submitted Value field is NULL in Excel. I understand you can access Marketing Field Submissions, but this method req...
Save as Template
Currently it is not possible to save a marketing form as a template. You can only create a marketing form when starting within the marketing form entity. This is already possible for any other marketing component but marketing forms. It would be great to have this, otherwise, you'll keep copy/pas...
Form Builder
Allow a user to drag&drop and then re-size fields from within the form builder and easily add columns to the forms without interacting with HTML.
Allow for creation of form fields that are not mapped to a lead or contact record / RTM
We still would like to have the option to use custom fields not tied to contact (nor lead) related to form itself and often to the event. Please reconsider this!
This was originally here in the idea called: "Non-mapped form fields" and now we are getting more and more comments...
Allow no update in Real-time marketing forms
In Outbound marketing we had the possibility to not update contacts/leads from marketing form submission. That would be useful to have that feature available in Real-time marketing!
Thank you,
Thank you for your feedback. This is a great suggestion! We will consider this in our roadmap. Sincerely, Petr Jantac, Microsoft |
Extend Marketing Forms Capabilities: Use a proper onChange event for Lookup fields in Marketing Forms
Right now it is possible to add custom code in the HTML of a Marketing form. After designing it with the editor, you can add some validations, visibility functions to show some fields on demand etc. Although it's still very simple and needs further work.
We are hugely missing...

A modern reCAPTCHA for marketing forms
The out of the box Captcha is a very old, outdated style. It's not user friendly and makes forms look unrefined on our website.
Please enable an updated content block for reCAPTCHA such as Google reCAPTCHA by default.
Currently the only way to add a modern o...
Thank you for your feedback. We have released this feature. Sincerely, Petr Jantac, Microsoft
Form field with conditional logic
It would be great if we could add fields that use conditional logic. This way you can make sure certain fields are only shown when another field (in my case a lookup field) is filled in or when the user has selected a specific value.
Thank you for your feedback. This is a great suggestion! We will consider this in our roadmap. Sincerely, Petr Jantac, Microsoft |
Unmapped form fields
It would be nice to have the possibility to add unmapped fields to marketing forms. To create a new entity field every time you need a new form field, that in the end you will might only use once, its time and money consuming. (as not all users know how to create this fields and they will require...
