Include all F&O user security changes in the Role Audit Trail.
Currently, the Role Audit Trail only captures security changes made manually by a system administrator user. It would be nice if the Role Audit Trail captured all changes to user(s) security such as Automatic Rule Assignments and Sub Roles.

CAPA management workspace: add capa case number to the different activities overviews
All overviews of the activities in the capa management workspace are not showing the capa case number.
This is only visible when opening the specific activity.
