I would like to draw your attention regarding maintenance activities of Dynamics 365. Maintenance activities are scheduled. All the server's restarts, and production environment becomes slow when maintenance activity is performed, it is normal thing. But i would request you to send alerts like Pro Quality updates so we already be informed that maintenance activity is scheduled, and servers will be up gradually rather than considering it any production performance issue.
