Create Mandatory fields
Include the functionality and ability to create existing and custom fields mandatory on forms. This would massively help customers with a large HR team where certain information on the employee for example must be captured. Thank you
Department field on HcmWorkerActionTransfer Workflow
Please add the workers current department to the HcmWorkerAction Transfer workflow conditions. This will help with workflow routing when a worker transfer between departments.

Extend the Title field length (currently 30 chars)
Title field length is needed to be extended to at least 65 characters.

The ability to mark fields as required through personalization is now available in Dynamics 365 Human Resources. This was released in the 2020 release wave 2 and is now generally available.
