Include the functionality and ability to create existing and custom fields mandatory on forms. This would massively help customers with a large HR team where certain information on the employee for example must be captured. Thank you

This is a requirement that almost all of our customers and prospects request. On top of the possibility to make existing fields mandatory or add new mandatory fields, we also receive the question to be able to set this up seperatly for each legal entity.

The ability to mark fields as required through personalization is now available in Dynamics 365 Human Resources. This was released in the 2020 release wave 2 and is now generally available.
