Ctrl+T to Excel in any grid
Any grid should have the ability to be Ctrl+T 'ed' out and into an Excel document for data manipulation and examination.
Allow user deletion
Allow deletion of users from Dynamics tenants. currently user records can only be disabled. In events of users created in error, allow the deletion of those users.

GP should update currency index for GL quick journals instead of leaving it at 0
