In our current Dynamics GP setup, users log into Dynamics GP and they are placed onto one of three terminal servers. Our Customer Service department uses the Letter Writing wizard extensively. Since this wizard ultimately opens up Microsoft Word from the terminal server, users are not able to email these letters since their email profile does not exist on the terminal servers. It would be nice if there was some other way to allow users to be able to email from Microsoft Word on a terminal server without needing the user's email profile.
