Currently, we cannot filter Entitlement based on Accounts when creating Quote record in Entitlement subgrid.
All the entitlement records are displayed.
If we can filter Entitlement based on Accounts when creating Quote record in Entitlement subgrid, it would be user-friendly.

The customers procedure for doing business is to make offer the total price value and this price should be locked and it should not change, even if the price of the product changed from CRM side.
However, there is no option for locking price in Quotes
