see related segments on list entity

Option to see "related segments" on list entity . or some option to find which list is used at what segment. right now, segment using multiple list but we do not have option to find given list used in any segments.

Inactive Segments Should Freeze Member List

Currently, making a segment inactive isn't very helpful. Other than helping keep the Active Segments view clean, it doesn't have a lot of value. It would be very helpful if inactive segments would freeze the member list at the point in time it was made inactive.
