Allow Refresh of Production Database to Build Instance
With the coming "hardening" of the test environment, it will be more difficult to access the AxDb using Sql. Perhaps with this hardening, Microsoft will also provide an easier way to refresh a development instance, but I think the best solution to this is to allow the Build environment to be a...
LCS Environment Monitoring - Raw Logs - Increase data refresh timing
The ability to review raw logs based on an activity ID within D365FO is great, but the fact that you need to wait about 10 minutes until you can actually search for the activity ID is very challenging. System admins typically going to use these tools when troubleshooting a problem, and there i...
Thank you for your feedback.
We are not considering the suggestion at this time as this is by design of the current system implementation.

BPM Export and Import Excel Formats are not consistent
We wish to copy the BPM library tree to new projects. There is a function to export the tree to Excel. The format of the export spreadsheet appears to be from AX 2012 LCS. When importing the library tree to a new project the import fails because the expected Excel forma...
Thank you for your feedback.
Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

LCS - Send SESSION INFORMATION from the Feedback page directly to Microsoft and/or LCS TELEMETRY
The Feedback page (Smiley icon) is often used to collect SESSION INFORMATION as part of troubleshooting. This informaiton is often provided as a screenshot, which isn't very useful. Even if you get the information as TEXT, you still have to copy and paste it into the LCS TELEMETRY pages to use...
Thank you for your feedback.
We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason: we are going to expose the telemetry data to external monitoring tools for customers to use in addition to LCS.
Sincerely,
Lane,

User defined title for versions in solution packages
As an ISV I must be able to specify a title for each version in my LCS solution packages, so that customers and partners can see at a glance which version of my ISV solution they should get into their LCS project based on their current app and platform combination.

In addition to this, if...
More integration between LCS project and Azure AD
Each LCS Project has Organization (Azure AD) settings, but user management is not integrated with Azure AD.
This causes the following problems.

Lifecycle Services - VM Deployment status
If I power off the VM from the Azure Portal, the Deployment status in the LCS portal remains as Deployed – meaning Running. However, when we power off / Stop the VM directly from the LCS portal, it displays correctly ‘Stopped’. Initially, we thought there was some sort of delay with the API mecha...

Thank you for your feedback.
We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason: The build server by design is only to use EmptyDB or a curated .bak for test automation. We'll be improving the developer experience to connect to a Azure SQL database so that you don't need to bring large cloud databases in to SQL Server.
Sincerely,
Lane
