Add product attribute values to POS product search
Currently the product search functionality on POS does not let you immediately search based on attributes. It only looks at the following fields: Product number Product name Description Dimensions Barcode Search name Only after a search has been completed using one of these criteria can the use...
Enhance Product Search Visibility Based on User Login Status and Customer Specific Catalogs
In the current Dynamics 365 Commerce system, all products assorted with the store are visible in the search results, irrespective of the user's login status. This feature request aims to provide more granular control over product visibility in search results based on the user's login status an...
Add support for defining attributes at a product variant level
Currently, Dynamics solution allows to define attribute values at a product master level & these attribute values are inherited by the variants, by default. Wildcard product search in POS
To my experience it is not possible to add wildcards in the product search in MPOS/ CPOS (*, %, etc.) This limits the results to the beginning of a criteria. Ex. a search for "ball" will give a result for "ballpark" but not "baseball". In Norway, for instance, we do not divide compounded words. F...

Product attributes in POS
When using attributes of type ProvisionedChannelAttributeReference, such as 'product category' or 'product name', and you set these to 'show attribute in channel' in the channel metadata, they are not shown on an item in POS before you've opened the product's attribute form in D365 and then ra...
We have verified that ProvisionedChannelAttributeReference is working fine for Product name, description, item number, size, style, color values without requiring loading of the product attributes form. If you may still be having any challenges around using these reference values as attributes, we would encourage you to connect with Microsoft Support team.
Dynamics 365 Assortment product exclusion remove it from retail Products database
The Idea is while excluding products or categories inside the assortments it should be removed also from the retails offline database specifically from ECORESPRODUCT table instead of removing it from the view level only.
When using product view by category should retail last-used mode (card or list).
After selecting a category and viewing the products it should retain the last view you used. If you switched to list view should remember this setting and use same view for next selection.
