Add label reprint function to Warehouse management License plate label table
On the License plate label table (WHSLicensePlate), add a "Reprint" function that behaves similarly to the Indirect code "Reprint" in the mobile device application. When used, this could re-send the selected label record back through Document routing for ease of reprinting when not using scanners.
