We released this feature as part of the functionality in  Power Platform admin center

Please refer to the following link for more information:

 Currently an admin (powerapps or flow) environment admin can view a report under Analytics-->Power Automate->Connectors tab at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/analytics/flow  which displays the following - connector name, flow name, flow creator email. A similar report will be soon available for Power Apps under Analytics-->Power Apps-->Connector tab.

Scope specific Dynamics instance within an Azure Conditionals Access Policy
