A lot of companies are geographically dispersed around the globe but work as one team, requiring access to the same set of data in Dynamics. However, with some colleagues located on "the other side of the world", network latency degrades performance, even using Unified Interface. A while back it was made possible to create instances in different regions under the same tennant, however there is no feature to automatically replicate and synchronise data between instances such that read-write operations performed in one geo are available to users in another geo.

So, there should be a geo replication ability for Dynamics, allowing all data to be sync'd between instances in different geos that is automatic and seamless.
