need a bulk workflow delegate option for system administrators
We need a bulk workflow delegate option for system administrators to delegate multiple workflows under a person to another individual. This feature is useful when an employee leaves the organization and has many pending workflow approvals under their name.

Use of Parallel Activity for Workflow Approvals
Currently, the workflow framework does not support use of parallel activity for multiple approval branches (e.g. one branch for the Line Manager, in parallel, with another branch for HR). Suggesting that Microsoft considers this in their future enhancements.
