• Multiple selected Queue Item cannot be route to User/Team and can only be assigned to Queue (with field locked).

    - In ‘All emails / cases in Queue’ view, when select one Queue Item and click on ‘Route’ , the pop up shows ‘Route To’ option to select either ‘Queue’ or ‘User / Team’. But when select multiple Queue Item the pop up shows ‘Route To’ option but shows only one option ‘Queue’ and it is locked. We can’t select the other option which is ‘User / Team'. - This functionality works in D365 8.2 version, but unable to reproduce the same after upgrading to D365 9.0 and later versions. - Need to reproduce the same in D365 9.0 version, so that we can have both options like 'Queue' and 'User/Team' for multiple queue items selection.

    Tracked emails showing up as people group icon only available for Outlook client which is an add-in needed to be installed locally. So we are requesting to add this icon feature for D365 App for outlook to see the tracked emails in outlook

    User creates email activity to sent email to multiple recipients from CRM ISSUE: When the user copy pastes multiple email address in the "To" Field its not adding to the field. We need to search individual record to select the email address IDEA: As like in Outlook the user should be able to paste multiple email address in the "To" Field
  • Deploy the Mobile offline profile to other production instance other than Solutions

    When exporting a solution that includes a mobile offline profile, always select the Include entity metadata check box for each entity you export. However we have this feature through solutions: After importing the solution into the target organization, publish all mobile offline profiles. Can we have other implementations/ developments to take forward in other ways.     Mentioned at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.crm.sdk.messages.retrieveabsoluteandsitecollectionurlrequest?view=dynamics-general-ce-9, this SDK RetrieveAbsoluteAndSiteCollectionUrlRequest message can be used for earlier SharePoint version. Microsoft never promised it would work for SharePoint online integration - We need alternate approach for code development to work with Share Point online

    Its is first time implementation. - Customer is following this document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/personalize-survey#specify-values-when-importing-contacts-from-a-csv-file - Customer has created a customer voice project adding 2 variable. eg. Birthday and gender - Adds the customer voice project in marketing email. - Creates segment adds the dynamics contacts - Creates a customer journey -> Send an email – adding the customer voice project. - Customer wants the data like birthday and gender to be added when the contact user opens the Customer voice project.
