- Customer has created a customer voice project adding 2 variable.
eg. Birthday and gender
- Adds the customer voice project in marketing email.
- Creates segment adds the dynamics contacts
- Creates a customer journey -> Send an email – adding the customer voice project.
- Customer wants the data like birthday and gender to be added when the contact user opens the Customer voice project.
