Wish we future feature the option to design customer surveys and link to conventional legal entity miscellaneous charges, for purpose of easy identification, tracing, and dashboard generation along with analytics (e.g. shopping and handling for specific item (s), customer (s), vendor (s), site, zip code, freight carrier, shipment, load, mode of transportation, etc...).
