Wish there is an option to easily visualized and process a REVERSED customer survey after initial survey distribution for purpose to comply with survey participants customer satisfaction.

Wish we future feature PBX recorded call dial distribution with future option to unsubscribe from auto-caller from PBX or telephony connected device or eligible CISCO system (s).

Wish we future feature option to compose customer voice surveys with option for assisted mobile device answer confirmation (s). (e.g. advanced security survey with advanced security assisted answers to survey or advanced value scorings)

Wish we future feature the option to create customer sales order templates, and have the option to apply to a group, range or selected customers for purpose to auto-create sales order (e.g. manufacturing customers, specialized and dedicated distribution legal entities, etc...) Featuring templates to create items maybe conventionally standard and helpful, however there may not be customer sales order templates when the user may perform a right click.

Wish there is the option to future feature the option to create vendor purchase order templates, and have the option to apply these templates to selected vendors or range of vendors (e.g. mass events, repetitive tasks, mass or immediate orderings, but not recurrent ordering). Not featuring the option for the user to press the right click and create a template, as for example products, user may conventionally have to process purchase order record entries, or copy from a sourced purchase order to a new one.

Future featuring the option to easily print a production job batch certificate maybe ideal optimum for purpose of production libraries (e.g. ingredients, formulas, contents, batches, operators, supervisors, routes, quantities, production date) with option to include client, scrap and time of production processing.

Wish we future feature the option to generate and track production country of origin serialized certificate with (Production item country of origin percentages integration).

Wish we future feature the option to have the flexibility to account for un-completed production quantities availability from sales orders (e.g. at potential discounted prices due to un-completion or not fully serviced production items due to a potential mal-function). Without having to scrap, but to sale at a production discount.

Wish we future feature the option to easily visualized conventional discount from production discounts in addition to conventionally distinguished from discount ID for purpose to easy future filter, identify, generate dashboard, identify discount transaction source.

I am not a 100% sure if marketing events maybe serialized and user may potentially have the ability to safe to favorites events along with contacts associated to events, event agenda, event to-do's, event remarks, event conclusions, participants, etc..
