Can you provide modular (cheaper pricing) for SMCs who are just taking the first step in the sustainability reporting journey.

Potentially giving the possibility to start off with a singular Scope for reporting and maybe even create the "Scorecards" feature as a separate addon in case an organisation wants to include that when using a single Scope module.

In Japan, ESG disclosure standards set by the Sustainability Standards Board of Japan (SSBJ) will be phased in starting from FY2025, with mandatory compliance beginning in FY2027 for companies with a market capitalization of over ¥3 trillion. These standards are aligned with international frameworks (ISSB + IFIRS) while incorporating Japan-specific requirements.

If the External ESG Report in Microsoft Sustainability Manager does not support SSBJ standards, Japanese companies may be forced to exclude the solution from consideration entirely. SSBJ compliance is becoming a critical requirement for regulatory alignment and stakeholder trust.

Therefore, we urgently request the implementation of SSBJ-compliant features in the External ESG Report to ensure continued adoption and relevance in the Japanese market.

For Sustainability as a Service scenario – highly relevant for a mostly SMC countries – a multi-tenant architecture (application/data) and API functionalities for sustainability manager would be beneficial to enable our partners to reach their customer base with new opportunities and could be developed into an ISV solution for ESG reporting.

The ability to take information from sustainability manager and import it into CDP so that you do not have to do reporting twice - or vice versa.

For context - CDP has its own reporting templates and ways of gathering information to produce SBTI calculations so this duplicates effort otherwise.

It would be great to get email alerts when a data import completes. It should be configurable to notify on success, failure, or both. Another option would be to include any error codes and files.. Ability to specify more than one email recipient would be great.

This would be an optional selection.

Use case: We have set our data imports to run on a schedule and it would help streamline administration if we could receive email notifications when the job completes.

Currently, when registering in the Factor library in the Microsoft Sustainability Manager app, there is no functionality to register factor values ​​for multiple years within the same factor name.

This functionality would make it easier for users to manage year-to-year changes in factor values ​​and calculations.

Customers need the ability to access and customize emission factors and other calculation values within the Calculate model using the Power Fx Experience. This is critical for adapting to region-specific rules and definitions.

Current Limitation

At present, only Activity values and custom values are accessible in Power Fx. Customers cannot retrieve or modify emission factors or other key values, which restricts their ability to implement localized calculation logic.

Business Impact

• Limits flexibility for customers operating across multiple regions.
• Prevents alignment with local compliance and reporting standards.
• Forces reliance on external workarounds, increasing complexity and risk of error.

Requested Enhancement

Expose emission factors and other relevant values in the Power Fx Experience to:

• Support direct referencing and customization.
• Enable region-specific logic and definitions.
• Improve transparency and control over calculation workflows.

I would like to see the screen for MSM's main influencer function add the ability to remove information that is not useful and to view additional analysis results that are not displayed on the screen.

This feature will improve customer convenience.

Currently, the Virtual Network Policies page in the Power Platform Admin Center displays a list of environments without any search or filter functionality. For organizations managing multiple environments, it becomes time-consuming to locate a specific environment or filter by attributes such as Type, Managed status, Region, or Policy.

Proposed Enhancement:

• Add a search bar to quickly find environments by name.
• Add filter options for columns like Type (Production, Sandbox, Developer), Managed status, and Region.

Benefits:

• Improves usability and efficiency for administrators.
• Reduces time spent scrolling through large lists.
• Enhances governance and compliance management by making policy checks easier.

Currently, Copilot in Microsoft Sustainability Manager (preview) is powered by Azure OpenAI Service and supports only English.

This limitation affects the quality and compliance of ESG/CSRD reports in several ways:

• Dependence on English prompts, which increases complexity and execution time.
• Higher risk of structural and formatting errors, potentially compromising sustainability indicators.
• Possible inconsistencies that may impact audits and regulatory compliance.
• Reduced productivity due to frequent language switching.
• Greater storage consumption caused by installing additional language packs.

As customers whose primary language is Portuguese, we consider full language support essential for this solution.
